About Me

My name is Phillip Cahall. I am a recent graduate from the University of Wisconsin - Stout. Here is just a preview of work from college and some freelance work that I have gotten to design over the years. I am looking for a creative environment where I can use my skill in Graphic Design and Photography to communicate to the world.

This was an assignment I had in my Graphic Design II class. The objective for this assignment was to create a promotional campaign for a non-profit organization of our choice. I chose to do a campaign for the Minnesota Zoo. I created a campaign where people would donate money to the zoo and the top 10 donations would get an exclusive pass into the part after hours to see how things are run when they aren't open. These are three posters that I made to spread word about the campaign. I used photos that I had taken at my past visits to the zoo. The "Walk with the Wild" was created by me but the logo in the bottom right corner is the Minnesota Zoo's logo. I used the diamond idea because I wanted to show people all the different kinds of animals the zoo had to offer. There were many animals I didn't even include but I wanted to show as many as I could. I really enjoyed working on this project because the zoo is a place I will always enjoy going to in the years to come.

Here is a photograph that I took last summer on my trip to the Windy City, Chicago. Not only do I like Graphic Design and the visual communications of Design but taking my own photographs has also been a rewarding hobby of mine. This photograph shows the amazing cityscape of Chicago while also showing the leisure side of things.
